Experienced consultant and executive Mark H. Dunaway began preparing for his career in 1963 by enrolling at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he studied accounting. His early business experience includes being named president of the San Jose, California-based company Answer Page, a paging resale business that was eventually sold to Graphic Scanning Corp. Following this, Mr. Dunaway founded and served as chief executive officer of A Beeper/A Cellular in Atlanta, Georgia, a national wireless re-sale company that was later sold to Bell Atlantic. Remaining in Atlanta, Mark H. Dunaway founded Dunaway Enterprises, where he invested in and sold companies and served as a British Telecom consultant, eventually being named president of that organization’s enterprise initiatives in North America.
Today, Mark H. Dunaway works as managing partner at BDK Consulting Group in Milbrae, California. He is also active as a Boy Scout Leader and is asked to deliver keynote addresses at events focused on the telecom industry. In addition, Mr. Dunaway served as chairman of Pace Academy in Atlanta and now chairs the Life Trustees at Pace Academy.
